Grayfield's core team consists of Meike, Clari and Igor. With a combined 50 years of experience in the built environment, Grayfield has in-depth knowledge and experience in real estate development.
Grayfield also has an extensive network so that we can select and deploy the right team for each project.
Igor is Grayfield's deal maker and creative brain. He sets up concepts, builds business cases and develops real estate projects for owners and tenants.
His expertise lies mainly in the creation and implementation of new concepts for existing buildings and locations. Creative solutions for complex situations.
Igor has worked for the municipality of Amsterdam in various capacities. He also worked at BAM as a developer. He is one of the creators and founders of Novanta, a 90-day pop-up hotel in Tuscany.

It gives a kick when the team succeeds in realizing what was previously estimated as an impossible task in a creative out-of-the-box way. Meike has worked for the past 15 years as a consultant/project manager in the commercial and public sector for both investors/building owners and municipalities.
These experiences have shaped her into an all-round project manager who, like a spider in the web, ties all the strings together and knows her way around governments and private parties to ensure that procedures run smoothly.
